This is an alternative way for candidates to [[showcase relevant expertise]] in the context of our [[join us#The Process|recruitment process]]. This option can accommodate candidates who are unable to [[solve an assignment|complete our assignment]], but have a relevant representative project ready to showcase. Please make sure you've read carefully through [[showcase relevant expertise#2. During the session|the process]], and have a clear vision of how you plan to demonstrate the relevant expertise to the team. Don't hesitate to contact us in case of any questions. --- ## Submission Requirements To help us prepare for the evaluation session, we kindly ask you to share a brief intro text detailing the following: 1. What is the project about from the user perspective? (i.e. what problems does the product solve, what value does it generate, to what audience, what are the use-cases, etc.) 2. What is the project about from the technology perspective? (i.e. what are the most difficult / crucial parts of the application, which key architecture decisions were made, which engineering approaches and coding guidelines are used, etc.) 3. What was your role in this project? If there were other people involved, what were their roles and their contributions? 4. Which skills / expertise do you intend to reveal via presenting this project?  5. Is the code publically available? Anything else the team can review about the project prior to the presentation? 6. Is there anything the team should prepare for / consider before the presentation? 7. Why did you choose to present your own project, instead of [[solve an assignment|completing our assignment]]? Once ready, email the materials to [email protected] and we will schedule a session with the team.
